In small lots processed on NC lathes (Okuma), it is common to perform machining of R shapes that do not have standard products, and unlike general-purpose machines, there are no tool costs involved. Additionally, Oiles (polyacetal resin) contains lubricants and special fillers, which makes it difficult to meet tolerances, warping, and distortion, but it has excellent machinability.
